I've had the privilege of working with top brands like Walmart, Samsung, and Verizon, driving real results. At Walmart, I helped onboard 900k associates annually, saving $12M and improving leadership retention. At Samsung, I supported strategies that generated $200M+ in revenue across 50 states. With Verizon, I led training initiatives for 68k employees, growing revenue by 28% and improving team transitions.

Life Beyond Work
When I’m not working, I’m busy in my community. I’m an active member of the Greater Little Rock Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, the Project Management Institute, and I also help out at my kids’ school PTA. These roles let me give back and make a difference outside of work. At home, I love spending time with my husband, Reginald, and our two kids, RJ and Rylee. We enjoy traveling to experience new cultures and having fun dance parties in our living room.
